The hotel was fairly clean and we had an impeccably clean room. The staff was amiable and consistently courteous when needed. There were a microwave, a fridge, and coffee/tea making machines in the room, really enjoyed that. The location couldn't be more great and unbeatable in a great area.

I had a fantastic stay at the Towneplace Suites! The suite I stayed in was well-appointed with a kitchenette that had everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. I enjoyed the convenience of being able to make my own meals and relax in the comfort of the suite. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and I appreciated the efforts of the staff to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment. The check-in and check-out process was flawless, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Shawn and Joi. The breakfast options were also great, and I loved that they even had sealed avocado, which is not something you see everywhere. I had a well-needed staycation and would highly recommend this hotel.

There were several downsides to our stay. The walls were thin, and we could hear the sound of the vacuum early in the morning.

The hotel location was perfect for our romantic getaway, close to shopping and attractions. the room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact that there were plenty of options to choose from. Another aspect we appreciated was the free parking offered at the hotel, which made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased.

the water in the shower was not consistently hot, and we had to take some cold showers.
